We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchases made online, under the following terms and conditions.
The customers are requested to please not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
At Calico Online Store, we offer a one-time exchange for items within 14 days from the date of your order, as long as the exchange is within the same product category. To be eligible for an exchange, the products must be in their original, unused condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted if the care instructions provided with the product have not been followed properly.
We do not offer cash refunds. However, in exceptional cases, a coupon of equal value will be issued to E-Store customers only. This coupon will be valid for 7 days and can only be redeemed on our E-Store.

Refund Policy
We do refund in exceptional cases and currently, we do not support a refund policy for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
Shipping
All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 250.
Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery.
